Yet again the 3dconnexion spacemouse add in breaks. just like last year. i updated to r2025 this weekend after the platform update finished and i was prompted to update asap upon launch of sw, and now my space mouse won't work. i've tried the usual stuff. activate the add in and set it to load at startup repair the driver > reboot > load sw uninstall driver > reboot > reinstall driver > reboot. I purchased 3d experience for makers and one of the reasons was for the cam. it shows cam as being part of the tools with the the makers package. when o go to install solidworks connected and select to install cam it ask for a serial number. after googling it says to make sure i have the cam loaded as part of my "roles". what am i doing wrong here?.
