I have 3 lines with them, and 2 with at&t (mostly because at&t wouldnt let me switch all my lines over, leaving me with 2 bills) i had the exact same circumstances on my verizon line this time, and that service is back on, with a promise to pay the full balance on my next payday. When someone who is authorized to make promotions, they are bound to those decisions.
