My route through the game was roughly: escape; go to outpost; become a gem trader and enter the goblin city; help the trolls find their missing idol; clear out the temple of akbaa (and that demon boss); solved half of the temple of illusions; took a detour and ended up in the dwarf mines, where i killed the black beast before realising i didn't.
