For a while i was putting glue in the hole, spraying the jig with accelerator then mashing together. this mostly worked, but was super messy. ended up bonding the jig separator to the part, magnets sometimes stuck to the jig more than the part, sometimes the magnet didn't seat well and now you have glue on it. getting everything lined up with marked orientation before gluing has really helped. Why are the magnet holes so big? honestly it makes thing way harder than it needs to be.
