Crt filters won't get you crt motion clarity on lcd. you'll also need to enable bfi, if your tv supports it. even with bfi the motion clarity won't be close to that of a crt. in the best case scenario, for 60fps retro games, motion clarity with bfi will be about 1 4 as clear as 15khz crt.
