Lessons Learned From Covid 19 Pandemic Pdf Influenza Pandemic The purpose of this joint community–academic partnered manuscript is to share lessons learned for maintaining community partnerships through the difficult and challenging times of a pandemic. We have depended on staff members across campus taking on new responsibilities to help build covid 19 testing systems, contact tracing processes, enhanced sanitation methods, safety regulations and quarantine spaces from scratch. unsurprisingly, our community rose to the occasion.

In 2021, community college practitioners, scholars, researchers, and leaders accepted a challenge to document what worked, what did not work, and lessons learned during the era of the covid 19 pandemic. With the beginning of 2021—a year into covid 19—i started to understand how i could learn from the challenges this pandemic presented and how some of the changes were actually improvements.
