We've made some changes to the item awakening (enhancement) system that will go live during the next item awakening event. what's changed: enhancements are now one of 4 standard rarities (common, rare, epic, and legendary). all awakenings with the same rarity have the same odds. legendary enhancements are equivalent to the enhancements that were only available during the previous events. Common, rare, epic: if there are items of the next better rarity in the table, you get one of those. legendary, mythic, set, spirit, vanity: roll again on all items in the loot table. if the resulting item is a better rarity, you get that instead. arcane, heroic: no reroll, you get the initial item.
