Results Of Transperitoneal Tp And Retroperitoneal Rp Laparoscopic

When exploring results of transperitoneal tp and retroperitoneal rp laparoscopic, it's essential to consider various aspects and implications. Laparoscopic transperitoneal and retroperitoneal adrenalectomy: a 20 .... The superiority of laparoscopic transperitoneal (TP) versus retroperitoneal (RP) adrenalectomy is an ongoing debate. Data from 163 patients (TP: n = 135; RP: n = 28) undergoing minimally invasive adrenalectomy were analyzed.

Comparison of the laparoscopic transperitoneal pyeloplasty to the .... This study offers practicable insights into the feasibility, safety, and outcomes of TP, RP, and OP in real-world surgical practice, addressing gaps in existing literature. Comparison of the perioperative outcomes of robot-assisted laparoscopic .... The study aims to assess the available literature and compare the perioperative outcomes of robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN) for posterior-lateral renal tumors using transperitoneal (TP) and retroperitoneal (RP) approaches. Perioperative and oncologic outcomes of transperitoneal versus ....

This study aimed to systematically review and meta-analyze the existing evidence regarding oncologic and perioperative outcomes of transperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephroureterectomy (TLNU) and retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephroureterectomy (RLNU) in managing UTUC. To evaluate and compare perioperative outcomes of transperitoneal and retroperitoneal (RP) laparoscopic and robotic partial nephrectomies (LPNs) while adjusting for tumor complexity. Retroperitoneal Approach in Laparoscopic .... Purpose: The aim of our study is to compare the perioperative, functional, and oncological outcomes of laparoscopic transperitoneal partial nephrectomy (LTPN) and laparoscopic... Comparisons of surgical outcomes between transperitoneal and .... To compare the surgical outcomes between the transperitoneal (TP) and retroperitoneal (RP) approaches in robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (RAPN) for lateral tumors. Building on this, retroperitoneal or transperitoneal approach in robot‐assisted partial ....

To systematically assess the perioperative outcomes of retroperitoneal (RP) and transperitoneal (TP) approaches in robot‐assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN), we conducted an updated meta‐analysis. Our aim was to compare the advantages of RP-RAPN versus TP-RAPN in the perioperative outcomes of posterior posterior-lateral renal tumors, in order to offer evidence-based medicine for the selection of surgical approaches and provide patients with a more reliable treatment option for such tumors. In this context, considering these advantages, we shifted for TP and reviewed our first consecutive 40 cases and compared the results with RP and classic open retroperitoneal pro-cedure (OP) to review the relative advantages and dis-advantages of each.
