Some sites are being stored in brave, but are not being displayed in the data stored in site settings as they are supposed to. the best example is yandex, because it is the easiest one to check, but i noticed other sites not being added as well. We encountered an error trying to load issues. Clicking the "view site information" lock icon in the address bar displays a long list of site permissions, with no possibility to scroll down to the bottom. this drop down menu allows access to certificate and cookies information, but these options are not shown on screen.

I didn’t really expect you to be able to reproduce the issue, as i’m sure it’s something i’ve changed on my specific copy of the brave browser. i’m just hoping someone can tell me what that setting might be, so i can undo it. Update: turning off the high contrast settings in windows 10 seems to fix the issue. when i turn high contrast back on (brave colour setting is not set to “same as windows”), the websites are once again displayed in high contrast seamlessly without restarting the browser. Console shows an error on brave: settings content sitedetails. when you look at a site specific sitedetails page you can see that the named settings are indeed missing. I’ve noticed some elements of the site don’t work properly in brave, chrome or edge but seem to display fine on mobile (safari) and firefox (desktop and mobile).
