Support Gfn Am Gfn is the only service that messes up imo. on top of all the technical issues, the game catalog is garbage and there's no point of renewing my founders membership when i get disconnected every hour of play. might as well just use it free at this point. xcloud will dominate them in a few months anyway. Geforce now support is terrible. literally some outsourced company with a document of known cases. other than that they can suggest rebooting pc and then escalate further.
Is Nvidia Really Failing Not an issue with a specific game but when contacting them about the nvidia games app (gfn on nvidia shield), they said the shield was not supported. i gave up with support after that bout of uselessness. issue is still unresolved, not great workaround was discovered. 21 votes, 32 comments. I've been a geforce now user for a little over six months (on performance sub) and i've had overall positive experiences with it. however, the past few days, gfn has been crashing on me. a lot. usually after about 10 20 minutes of running it just dies most of the time now, particularly when running marvel rivals and baldur's gate 3. Nvidia's customer support is absolutely not equipped to deal with payment issues like this, it appears to be entirely outside of their scope. geforce now support told me to contact geforce store support for all payment issues, geforce store support told me that they cannot help me with anything related to geforce now and to please contact gfn. I'm not having this issue. did you play the demo when it was available? is it possible that it keeps trying to open the demo? one thing you could try is searching for outriders manually in gfn and opening it that way. if that doesn't work, try signing out of steam and signing back in again.
