A few days ago i asked if i could block fire tv ads and didn't get a good response. after trying for a bit, i figured one way. it's not great, but works for now. i blocked the following 2 urls unagi eu.amazon ktpx eu.amazon this completely disabled home screen ads. it's worth noting though that it disables the home screen entirely. so you'll get a message saying home screen is. And, all the other sites i use seem to be super fast, so it's weird that only amazon seems to be like this. i've rebooted my gateway multiple times, called in, etc. I noticed their customer service has been outsourced to india. so far, my experiences with them have been ok, although their english is rather stilted. if i need to talk to someone from the us, what is the fastest way to get in touch with their us support? anyone found a way or is it just saying "i need to speak to your supervisor" when you talk to the outsourced customer service?.
