I had a frustrating situation where, after creating paired shape hyperlinks to assist in multi page visio drawing navigation, after exporting the visio files to pdf (using save as pdf and adobe dc) the hyperlinks were getting ignored. in a previous visio file they had worked beautifully, so that was extra frustrating.
