Why I Started Youtube I can’t believe i’ve now been actively recording and sharing videos for for just over six years and in that time i’ve amassed almost 1,000,000 views. what started initially as a new year’s resolution has ended up being something that i’ve just kept on going with. I started my channel mainly because i live far away from my family (i live in japan, and they are back in canada). i've been here for over 14 years, and although they have come to visit me, they don't actually know what i do and how i spend my time here. so i thought i'd document it, show japan through my eyes. i'm hoping others will enjoy it.
