It's been stuck at 86% for several hours already and it's running on an ssd so it should be blazing through this. i have already removed all usb devices with nothing changed.

I have windows 10 pro and i use the “pause updates” method for deferring updates. it has always worked well for me, except this month when i tried to remove the pause to allow updates to install, i wasn’t able to do it because the “resume updates” button has disappeared. I posted ask about this problem on one of the ms answer forums, and the person who responded suggested holding off on the 22h2 upgrade for now, because they've apparently had problems with it.
